Call Center Position
Availability: Please note due to the nature of our business we require dependable and flexible employees who are able to work at least 1 weekend shift per week, holidays, during inclement weather and are able to cover additional shifts when needed.
We are open 24 hours a day 365 days per year. For this reason we require dependable and flexible employees.
Management will determine the actual schedule that you will work. Employees will be notified of their hours by a schedule that is normally posted 2 to 3 days in advance. Each employee is responsible for checking the schedule and reporting for work as assigned. Schedule problems or conflicts must be reported immediately to your supervisor. Although you may have a “usual schedule,” you should not take this as a “regular schedule.” All schedules are subject to change based on call traffic patterns, vacations, and other like situations.
Supervisors will assign overtime if necessary. Supervisors may also require changes in employees starting and quitting time or total number of hours worked each day or each week. The employee’s immediate supervisor must approve all overtime, in advance. However, all employees are required to remain on duty until their relief arrives and is at his or her station or until dismissed by their supervisor.
